    • What is the return window for my order?

      Authorized returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date to the customer.

    • In what condition must items be to qualify for a return?

      Returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and be in the complete, original packaging. Items cannot be disassembled, painted, mounted, or damaged due to incorrect installation.

    • What happens if components are missing from my return?

      Returns with missing components will not be credited. Please ensure every original part, accessory, and document is included.

    • Are any items non-returnable under this policy?

      Yes. Electrical parts, wire harnesses, special order parts, airbags, interior trim, frame assemblies, and truck bed assemblies are not returnable.

    • Do you cover labor, towing, or rental car expenses if a part is wrong or defective?

      No. We are not responsible for installation errors and do not cover any labor, towing, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

    • Are expedited shipping charges refundable if I return an item?

      Freight charges for expedited orders are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.

    • Is there a restocking fee, and when does it apply?

      You may incur a 20% restocking fee on returns made outside the guidelines above. If an order is canceled due to an insurer totaling the vehicle, a 20% restocking fee may apply to the complete order. Please contact your Parts Consultant immediately for these cases.

    • When will my refund be processed for returns or cores?

      Refunds are processed and credited within 5 business days after we receive your return and confirm it complies with our policy.

    • How do I qualify for core credit on a returned core part?

      To receive core credit, the core must: be in the original manufacturer packaging; include the original label(s); be fully assembled (no disassembled parts); be the same part as purchased; have all fluids drained; be returned within 30 days; and be free of heavy rust or corrosion. Damaged, leaking batteries are not returnable for core credit.

    • What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged or incorrect?

      Inspect all packages upon delivery for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. If there’s an issue, contact your Parts Consultant or the warehouse immediately so the defective/incorrect part can be exchanged. Most manufacturers require notice of damage within 48 hours of the invoice; delays may make parts non-returnable.

    • Packaged in original box/packaging.
    • All core returns MUST have the corresponding label on the returned packaging
    • Core must be fully assembled. Disassembled cores will not be accepted for refund.
    • Core must be the same part as the new part purchased.
    • Core Credit will not be issued if core has disassembled parts, heavy rust or corrosion
    • ALL FLUIDS MUST BE DRAINED from core before it is returned.
    • Returned within 30 days of purchase date

    *Damaged Batteries that are leaking fluids are NOT Returnable for Core Credit

    Damaged Shipments

    Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. Our warehouse puts forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, please call your Parts Consultant or the warehouse immediately so that the defective part can be exchanged.

    *Most Manufacturers require notice on damaged parts within 48 hours of the invoice, or the damaged/defective part is non-returnable. In this case, it is critical that Balise is notified immediately after your parts are delivered if a part is damaged.
