We will accept authorized returns 30 calendar days after the date of delivery to the customer. Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact your Parts Consultant or the warehouse immediately. All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components and cannot be disassembled, painted, mounted or damaged due to incorrect installation.
Returns with missing components will not be credited. We are not responsible for installation errors, nor will we cover any labor expenses, towing expenses, rental car expenses caused by use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
*Electrical Parts, Wire Harness’s, Special Order Parts, Air bags, Interior Trim, Frame and Truck Bed assemblies are not returnable.
Freight charges for expedited orders are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.
You may incur a 20% re-stocking fee on returns that are returned outside of the guidelines listed above. Refunds for returns or cores will be processed and credited within 5 business days after we receive and confirm your return is in good standing with our policies. All cores must be returned in their original packaging from the manufacturer and include all labels from the time of the original sale.
In the event, that an order is cancelled due to an insurer totaling the vehicle, you may incur a 20% re-stocking fee on the complete order. Contact your Parts Consultant immediately to notify us of this return.
To receive core credit the core part/s must meet these guidelines:
*Damaged Batteries that are leaking fluids are NOT Returnable for Core Credit
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. Our warehouse puts forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, please call your Parts Consultant or the warehouse immediately so that the defective part can be exchanged.
*Most Manufacturers require notice on damaged parts within 48 hours of the invoice, or the damaged/defective part is non-returnable.
In this case, it is critical that Balise is notified immediately after your parts are delivered if a part is damaged.
